How do the monthly subscriptions work?
Think of us as an extension of your church staff. Once you select a tier (Sunday Essentials, Digital Growth, or Full Partner) we’ll have a kickoff meeting to align on your voice and schedule. From there, you simply send us your weekly info (sermon titles, lyrics, announcements), and we handle the rest.
Can we change our plan later?
Absolutely. We know ministry seasons change. You can scale your plan up before a busy season (like Advent or Lent) and scale back down during the slower summer months. We just ask for 30 days’ notice to adjust our production schedule.
Do you handle the actual printing of bulletins?
To keep our costs low for you, we do not provide physical printing. We provide high-resolution, “Ready-to-Print” digital files formatted perfectly for your church office’s printer or for professional local print shops. We will also supply an online friendly version of the bulletins to use on your website, newsletters, etc. for no additional cost.
Is there a long-term contract?
We believe our work should earn your partnership every month. While we offer annual discounts for those who want to commit, our standard plans are month-to-month. You aren’t locked into a long-term contract you don’t need.
What if we have a one-time project not in our plan?
For churches on a subscription, we offer “Add-On” services at a preferred rate. Whether it’s a special event flyer or a new ministry launch, just let us know and we’ll provide a fixed quote for the project.
Why choose a fixed-rate plan over hourly billing?
Hourly billing often leads to “budget anxiety.” With our fixed-rate model, you know exactly what your investment is every month. This allows you to focus on the ministry results rather than watching the clock.
